Dimapur, May 29 (MExN): The Phek Collegiate Forum (PCF), Phek Student Union (PSU) and Phek Village Youth Society (PVYS) have endorsed the resolution and action initiated by the Phek Village Council against ‘the perpetrator’. The PCF, PSU and PVYS as apex organizations of the village firmly believe in upholding the interest of Phekmi. As such, PCF, PSU and PVYS support any action taken or initiated against any individual upholding the sanctity, unity, understanding and progress of the village.
A joint press release appended by PCF president, PSU president, PVYS president and general secretary PCF stated that as resolved by the village council, the PCF, PSU and PVYS are committed and would stand by the councils decision, come what may. The three organizations stated that they are well aware of all individuals working behind the scene to create disunity and misunderstanding among the people of the village. “We are not weakened by such adversaries but are rather thankful to them for strengthening the bondage of our unity and giving us a wakeup call to remain more vigilant for any eventuality that may arise. As apex organizations of the village, we also vow to uphold and implement all resolutions in toto come what may,” the organizations stated.
The PCF, PSU and PVYS would like to inform all bonafide members of the village that any unwarranted action or act aimed at disturbing the prevailing peace and understanding among the Phekmi for personnel benefit would be viewed as serious offence and dealt with accordingly.
