Kohima, March 22 (MExN): The Eco Club and Green Campus of Oriental College Kohima today conducted a cleanliness and plantation drive in the college campus as part of the observance of World Water Day.
The objective of observing this World Water Day is to create awareness and inspires action to tackle the water and sanitation crisis.
The program commenced with Vikiezelie, speaking on the importance of water conservation and the need for accessing safe drinking water.
The students of second semester BA and B.Com along with teachers actively participated in the different activities, such as cleaning the college campus and plantation of tree saplings.
