Rev Y Imtiba Sangtam dedicating the new building of Oriental Theological College, Tuensang district on November 8.

Tuensang, November 9 (MExN): The Oriental Theological College, Tuensang district held a dedication ceremony for its new building on November 8, celebrating the completion of a project funded under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs’ Article 275(1) scheme for 2022-2023. The building, constructed by the Department of Tribal Affairs under the Upgradation of Tribal Boys Hostel program, stands in Yangli, Tuensang district.

Rev Y Imtiba Sangtam, Executive Secretary of the United Sangtam Baptist Lithroti Ashimukhong at Yangli Mission Centre, led the dedication, accompanied by a programme presided over by Mushirhülu Rume. The event began with an opening prayer and scripture reading by Longdise, Pastor of Holongba Baptist Lithro, followed by a welcome address from T Kirithong Sangtam, Chairman of the OTC Board of Directors.
Er H Alongse, Convenor of the Building Construction Committee, presented a historical overview and financial report on the building’s construction. A musical dedication was performed by the Bachelor of Theology final-year students, with a dedicatory sermon and prayers delivered by Rev. Imti, Executive Secretary of the USBLA.
The programme concluded with a closing prayer from Dr Longri, Pastor of Longkhim Town Baptist Lithro.
