A total of six recruiters, including Apex Motors, Reliance Jio, SBI Life Insurance (Dimapur), Talent Acquaintance, Askyam Restaurant (Velachery), and Chilli Breeze, participated in the fair.
While most recruiters conducted in-person interviews at the venue, Askyam Restaurant (Velachery) and Chilli Breeze facilitated online interviews, enabling wider participation and access for candidates.

The event proved to be highly productive, with over 40 candidates being shortlisted by various companies for subsequent rounds of their recruitment processes.
A key highlight of the fair was its emphasis on inclusivity. It specifically provided differently-abled candidates with the opportunity to experience one-on-one interviews, offering them valuable exposure to professional settings and enhancing their future employability prospects.
