
Impur, November 1 (MExN): Ao Baptist Church Association (ABAM) 10th mission conference was successfully held from October 26 to 28 under the theme “Missional Church” with David Walling, Andrew Goodman, Benjamin W Ng and Onenlemla as speakers.
Rev. Dr. Mar Atsongchanger Executive Secretary, ABAM in a press release stated that altogether 651 delegates from 112 churches attended the conference which also recorded the participation of 40 missionaries from nine countries sharing their experiences.
Rev. Dr. Mar during his welcome note recalled the history of ABAM and its first mission collection where Rs. 3.03 was collected and reminded the churches that ABAM has never been frivolous in doing Mission since the inception and will remain. “Since then the contribution for God’s mission has been influential which enables ABAM to work in different parts of India and beyond,” he stated.
He also added that to become a missional church it takes a lot of commitment and courage without which we cannot fulfill the commission of God he added. He further called on all the delegates to make a mark in life following this visit to Impur as Impur is one place with numerous significant.
“ABAM keeps hope on all the believers to support in prayer as Missions across the world continues,” he added.
