Dimapur, July 20 (MExN): In a first of its kind, officers of various departments under Chümoükedima Block organised Poshan Abhiyan (PA) Convergence programme for Self-Help Groups at 5th Mile Model village and Diphupar A and disseminated the various schemes under their departments on July 19.
A DIPR report stated that CDPO (Rural) Bonathung Ngullie apprised the members on Poshan Abhiyan, its objectives and significance of convergence and Anganwadi services. Dr Narola Toska, MO spoke on VHSNDs, immunization and Ayushman Bharat (AB-NHPM/PMJAY). Inspector F&CS, T. Aienla on AAY& PHH under National Food Security Act; AEO School Education, Jolly Awomi on Mid-Day Meal Scheme, JE PHED Watisangba on the importance of good Hygiene and Sanitation. Further PMMVY monetary benefit for first time pregnancy was highlighted by District Coordinator, Vizo Khanyo and Asst Coordinator, Cherry Ezung.
