DIMAPUR, JULY 12 (MExN): All retired state government officers/officials have been informed that pension cases and GPF final payment cases settled for the month of June 2023 have been uploaded on Office of the PAG (A&E) Nagaland website.
Informing this, Indian Audit and Accounts Department, Office of the PAG (A&E) Nagaland in a press release said pensioners may log on to the office website at www.cag.gov.in/ae/nagaland/en and go to the GPF Final Payment Settled Cases and Pension Authorization at Home page.
Grievances redressal committee formed
Meanwhile, the press release also informed to all state government officials that a ‘Grievances Redressal and Feedback Committee for Entitlement Functions’ has been constituted with the following members- Joseph K A for pension related matters; Ashim Kumar Dey for loan related matters, Arup Roy for Gazetted Entitlement related matters, Akum Chuba for GPF related matters and Shaji. K. for Gazetted Entitlement related matters.
Further, aggrieved pensioners or government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits are requested once again to write directly to Kahoto J Yepthomi, Sr. Deputy Accountant General (A&E) via e-mail at yepthomikj@cag.gov.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or through a handwritten letter. They may also contact the Grievance Redressal and Feedback Committee.
All Heads of the Department have also been requested to quote the employees unique ID numbers which is recorded in PIMS while forwarding applications for Pension, GPF final payment and Leave encashment documents.
