Panacea Nursing Home opens in Wokha

Brings healthcare facilities at door-steps

Wokha, October 23 (MExN): The Panacea Nursing Home was opened at Wokha by MLA Dr Chumben Murry with the blessings of Rev Dr Tsanso Humtsoe on October 22. At a brief Ribbon cutting and unveiling ceremony, the special invitee, Dr Chumben Murry unveiled the plaque and opined that with the opening of Panacea Nursing Home people of Wokha district will be able to avail healthcare facilities at their door-steps.  

The Managing Director of Panacea Nursing Home Dr Y Zubonthung Humtsoe stated that the Panacea Nursing Home with “its state of art facilities strives to reach out to the society to address their health-care needs by providing them best possible medical care in a hygienically clean environment at an affordable cost.”  

Dr Humtsoe also informed in a press release that Diagnostic facility, ultrasound, endoscopy, ECG, CTG, Auto analyser for blood test (CBC) and biochemistry, Consultations for Obstetrics and gynaecology, Surgery and Urology (by Visiting Doctors), and an Operation theatre with laparoscopy surgery facilities will be available initially.  

At the closing of the inaugural program, Associate Pastor of Wokha Town Baptist Church Khonbemo P Kikon graced the feast, followed by a short visit of the facility by the guests.
