Pangnyu Phom, Parliamentary Secretary for Rural Development had call on the Union Minister for Panchayati Raj and Tribal Affairs V. Kishore Chandra Deo at his resident New Delhi and apprised the Minister about the need of modernization for VDBs in the State on August 19.
