KOHIMA, AUGUST 3 (MExN): Newly inducted Parliamentary Secretary for NRLM and Evaluation, Pohwang organized a Prayer Program on August 3 at the Secretariat office, Kohima with the Mission Director and staff, NRLM; Under Secretary (Evaluation), Director and staff, Evaluation and his coterie of officials on the occasion of formally taking charge.
In his speech, Pohwang while talking about his experiences in the public realm both as a social worker and politician, impressed upon the gathering to work with unity and transparency. He emphasized on the need to give importance to such grassroots initiatives and the value of sincerity and dedication in any given assignment. He expressed fervent hope and prayer that, through the blessings of the Almighty his office along with the two departments would have a fruitful relationship for the progress of the people in general.
