Parliamentary secy Nuklutoshi meets NPF minority leaders

Dimapur, April 8 (MExN): Parliamentary secretary of National Highways & Mechanical and in-charge of NPF minority, Nuklutoshi, held a meeting with NPF Minority Cell president Bishnu Bhattacharjee, its general secretary and office bearers in Dimapur on April 7.

A press release from NPF Minority Cell general secretary Mahendra Thousan informed that Nuklutoshi showed concern for linguistic minorities of Nagaland and called upon the entire non-Naga populace and linguistic minority of the state to join hands with Naga People’s Front (NPF) and strengthen the hands of the party under the leadership of its president Dr Shürhozelie and party leader Neiphiu Rio.

Nuklutoshi lauding the Minority Cell for its participation in Lok Sabha Election campaign further added that DAN consensus candidate Neiphiu Rio is a dynamic leader, “who sacrificed his comfortable chief minister position to lead Nagaland and North Eastern states as Member of Parliament to raise his strong voice to solve Naga political issues with Government of India.” He is not only the leader of minorities and Nagas, Nuklutoshi stated, but is a capable leader of North East, who can bring long pending political solution to North Eastern states.

He also maintained it was high time that all the citizens of the state build bondage of trust and brotherhood with respect for each other and join hands through NPF for mutual co-existence, peace and harmony, the note added.
