Kohima, January 10 (DIPR): Regional Passport Office, Guwahati will be conducting a Passport Adalat on February 5, 2011 and March 5, 2011 to solve grievances connected with passport matters. Passport applicants who have submitted their application after 31st December 2007 and before 1st January 2010 and whose passports have not been granted for count of some clarification or document may participate in the Passport Adalat. The Passport Adalat will be conducted at the Regional Passport Office, Rani Bagan, Basistha Road, 3rd Bye Lane, Ghy-24 between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. All such applicants can register themselves with the Regional Passport Guwahati, upto one day before the mentioned dates by providing the applicants Name, Address, Telephone number, e-mail id and the Passport Application File No with the Date of application and Remark (if any). Applicants may send the Application along with the details to the Regional Passport Office Guwahati in an envelope marked “Passport Adalat” either personally or by post. The information can also be faxed at 0361-2260101 or emailed at rpo.guwahati@mea.gov.in, clearly mentioning the subject as “Passport Adalat”.
