IRCS Nagaland State Branch in collaboration with PAWF Nagaland completed two-day first aid training on February 5 and 6.

DIMAPUR, February 7 (MExN): The Indian Red Cross Society Nagaland State Branch, in collaboration with PAWF Nagaland (Performing Arts with Fitness) completed two-day first aid training programme held at the PAWF Centre GX Studio, opp. Chekiye Gate, Dimapur on February 5 and 6.
The training saw active participation from 11 fitness trainers associated with PAWF Nagaland.
Conducted by St John Ambulance First Aid Master Trainer, Kholie Dolf, the comprehensive program encompassed both theoretical knowledge and practical applications of first aid. The training aimed to equip fitness trainers with essential life-saving skills and knowledge, emphasising the importance of quick and effective response in emergency situations, stated a press release received here.
Kholie Dolf, an experienced and certified First Aid Master Trainer, provided insights into various aspects of First Aid, including CPR techniques, wound care, and emergency response strategies. The participants were engaged in hands-on practical sessions, simulating real-life scenarios to enhance their proficiency in providing immediate assistance.
