KOHIMA, FEBRUARY 6 (MExN): The Phek District Archery Association (PDAA) conducted its coordination meeting at the president's residence in Kohima on Tuesday. The meeting focused on the preparation of the archery team that will represent the district in the upcoming Nagaland Olympics and Paralympic Games, which is scheduled to take place from February 12 to 17 in Chümoukedima.
The discussion also covered the promotion and development of archery within the district. Furthermore, the meeting addressed the topic of self-reliance, highlighting that the district possesses all the necessary raw materials for the Indian round. Plans to organize a District Archery Championship and a State Championship in the upcoming years were also deliberated.
The meeting saw the attendance of the executive members, led by Dr Chotisuh Sazo, President of the PDAA; Razouvolie Dozo, Vice President; Hunezo Thisa, Technical Advisor; Besuta Vero, General Secretary; Khosazo Thisa, Joint Secretary and others.
