The new team of Phek District Sports Association (PDSA) for the tenure 2023- 2027 have been installed on November 4 at a function held at Naga Heritage Village, Kisama.
Nezosa Tetseo has been re-elected as the president.
In acceptance speech, Tetseo acknowledged the outgoing colleagues for the tenure 2021-2023 for their support and contributions towards the successful completion of the tenure.
He pledged to work for promotion of sports in Phek district.
Mosonyi Domeh, member of nomination committee also exhorted the gathering. He told the PDSA team to focus on producing national and international level players.
Nomination Committee convenor Tseibou Khesoh led the installation process.
Nomination Committee secretary Surhoneyi Soho was optimistic that the new team will bring positive change and later administered pledge to the new team.
The installation prayer was done by Rev. Velavoyi Keyho, Pastor PNBCC, Kohima while invocation prayer was pronounced by Thupukhu Ruho, Deacon.
PDSA office bearers for the tenure 2023-27 includes; president- Nezosa Tetseo, vice president-Razukhruyi Dozo, Anaki Pfithu and Atuo Khupfu, general secretary- Rupfuzo Puro, joint secretary-Shetso Dzudo, treasurer- Lukas Dukru, game & sports secretary-Punuru Nienu, asst. game & sports secy- Nukuzo Tetseo and Kücüyi Vadeo, information & press secy-Vekutho Swuro, women coordinator- Nusakholu Dawhuo and Choyivelu Nienu.
