Peace Channel set its first club in Longleng

Dimapur, September 21 (MExN): As part of its mission in reaching out to all the villages, towns and districts of Nagaland with the message of peace and with an aim to educate and motivate the youths to be a catalyst of change, Peace Channel has reached Longleng district on September 15 and set its first club at St. Joseph School.
Press news issued by the peace channel news desk stated that speaking on the occasion Rev. Fr. John Poji Principal of the school thanked the Peace Channel team for taking the hardship to reach Longleng and said that he was really inspired by the activities and initiatives of Peace Channel. During the introduction of Peace Channel Myingthungo Odyuo, the District Coordinator in his speech elaborated the need of peace and development in an individual life, family, and society as well and encouraged and invited the students who want to enhance their lives and work for peace to join the movement, 115 students of the school came forward to be the harbingers of peace and development through becoming the members of Peace Club. Odyuo also thanked Rev. Fr. John Poji, Principal of the school for his invitation to introduce Peace Channel and for his warm welcome and kind cooperation.
