
Kohima, August 13 (MExN): Peek-A-Boo, Nagaland’s first indoor soft play zone for children was inaugurated on August 13 by Khriehu Liezietsu, Parliamentary Secretary, Youth Resources and Sports, and Lotteries at North Hill Complex Building, High School Junction, Kohima.
Khriehu commended the proprietors for creating a space for the children of Kohima to engage in healthy and stimulating activity, according to a press release received here. C
hairing the programme, Proprietor Allan Lyngdoh shared that the venture aimed to provide children with a safe and clean indoor environment to play and enjoy themselves.
Pastor Kedo Peseyie of City Church Kohima was present to bless the play zone through prayer.
Peek-A-Boo play zone is open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Saturday and 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sundays. The play area is for children upto 8 years only.
The rates are Rs.150/- for 30 minutes and Rs.200/- for 1 hour. One ticket admits a child along with a parent or caretaker. Additional persons who are 9 years or above are charged Rs.100/- for entry. To ensure safety of the children, one room is reserved exclusively for children 4 years and below, the release added. Children who are 9 years and above may enter but cannot play in the play zone.
The play zone is also available for hire on occasions such as birthday parties, kitty parties etc.
