Kohima, October 17 (MExN): The office of the Senior Treasury Officer, Kohima: North informed all the pensioners (Life/Family) drawing pension from Kohima North Treasury that as per CTR 368, the annual physical verification for the current year 2024 will be held from November 11 to 14 and November 18 to 20 from 9:30 onwards.
All the concerned pensioners have been asked to check their book serial numbers and come for verification.
For those pensioners who are unable to come for the physical verification due to bed- ridden illness, should submit their home address with contact numbers whereby an officer will be sent to verify, according to Limatemsu, STO Kohima, North.
STO stated that there will be no further extension for physical verification beyond the dates as stated.
Moreover, no pension payment from the month of November 2024 will be made for all physically unverified pensioners.
Documents required for verification includes; PPO books, life certificates duly attested and ID card issued by pensioners association.
Kohima South Treasury informs
The office of the Senior Treasury Officer, Kohima South Treasury informed all the pensioners both Life and Family drawing pension from Kohima South Treasury that the annual physical verification for 2024- 2025 will be held from November 11 to 14 and November 18 to 22 at the South Treasury Office during office hours.
All the pensioners have been asked to appear physically along with PPO book, renewed NPA ID card and life certificate, which will be issued from the treasury office from October 21 onwards.
Failing which, further payments will be stopped, according to Zubenthung Murry, Senior Treasury Office, Kohima South Treasury.
