Kohima, September 24 (MExN): The Senior Treasury Officer (STO) Kohima South Treasury has informed all pensioners both Life and Family drawing pension from Kohima South Treasury that the annual physical verification for 2026-27 will be held from October 12 to 30 during the office hours.
All the pensioners have been requested to register and generate their Digital Life Certificate (DLC) through the Jeevan Pramaan apps.
Pensioners who are unable to register, verify their Digital Life Certificate with the treasury net system have been directed to appear for physical verification on the schedule date.
Pensioners who fail to complete the annual physical verification within the prescribed period may result to withholding of pension payment as applicable under the relevant pension rules, until the required verification is duly completed, according to Neikedoi Paphino, Sub Treasury Officer, Kohima South Treasury.
The required documents for verification includes PPO Book, life certificate duly attested and passport size photo taken within the last six months.
