Peren, February 19 (MExN): Arms license holders under Peren district have been directed to deposit their Arms licenses in order to make necessary changes under the National Database for Arms License (NDAL). Peren DC Sentiwapang Aier issued a notification informing license holders who have renewed their licenses to deposit along with two passport photos for change of Arms license booklet to firearms category wise. Holders who have deposited for renewal and have not collected are also directed to come along with two passport photos for necessary formalities, he added. He also informed that the NDAL portal for uploading data of existing Arms license for UIN generation has been reopened and extended till June 29. In this regard, the DC has informed all holders who have not uploaded in the portal for UIN generation to renew and update in the system before the extended date. Failing to comply with the directives, the undersigned will not entertain any complaints and queries after the last date and the license shall stand invalid as per the implementation of NDAL, the notification stated.
