Peren DPDB approves verification committees for LADP Schemes

Peren, July 23 (MExN): The monthly Peren District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) meeting was held at DC's Conference Hall, Peren on July 23.

The meeting was held under the Chairmanship of Advisor Water Resources, Namri Nchang who is also the Chairman of DPDB Peren.

In the meeting, District Planning Officer (DPO) Peren, Likao Kikon briefed the LADP Schemes for 6 A/C Tening and 7 A/C Peren Constituency which was approved by the Board.

The DPDB also approved the verification committees constituted for implementation of LADP Schemes under 6 A/C Tening and 7 A/C Peren with the following members: 

•    6 A/C Tening: ADC Tening – Convenor, SDO (PWD) Tening and SDAO Tening - Member
•    7 A/C Peren: ADC Jalukie – Convenor, SDO (PWD) Peren and DDAO Peren – Member

During the meeting, District Evaluation Officer (DEO), Erangnimbe Thou presented the activities that were undertaken by the Evaluation Department while District Surveillance Officer (DSO), Dr. Dungkiabe also highlighted about the COVID-19 current status of Peren District.

Peren DPDB Chairman, Namri Nchang who is also the Advisor to Water Resources, GoN while addressing the meeting extended warmest appreciation to all for their efforts they have put forward in this trying and difficult times and also for executing various mode of works and duties shouldering all the hardship. While speaking, he also thanked the DTF, Medical Team and all departments for their cooperation and giving a good fight against COVID-19. 

In case of any complain regarding irregularities of the concern Head it will be dealt with appropriate action on serious note, therefore he apprised the HODs to be in station and work without any delay.

The Advisor also hope and expect everyone to continue working collectively and give good deliverances for the welfare of Peren people and further said that the inadvertence act committed by the two Doctors is deeply regretted and therefore he earnestly requested all concerned to be cautious and no such errors be repeated.
