Peren, January 7 (DIPR): The first Peren District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) meeting for the year 2017 was held on January 6 at DPDB Conference Hall under the chairmanship of SDO(C), Robin. The board discussed the preparation for the forthcoming Republic Day celebration. It also resolved to conduct mass social work on January 17 at Multi Disciplinary Outdoor Sports Complex. PowerPoint presentation was given by Fisheries and PWD (R&B) departments highlighting their departmental activities. The chairman requested the Department of Supply, IPR and Veterinary and Animal Husbandry to present their departmental activities in the next DPDB meeting.
