Peren, July 22 (MExN): The new ICU building at the District Hospital, Peren town was inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner Peren, Vineet Kumar, IAS on July 22.
During the inaugural programme, President, PTWO & member, Construction Committee, Pelingrangle gave a brief report of the construction of ICU informed that the amount received through public contribution was Rs 19,34,721. She acknowledged various donors including the churches, organizations and individuals for their generous contributions towards the successful construction of ICU structure, stated a DIPR report.
DC Peren Vineet Kumar in his address called upon the gathering to invest more energy and cooperation to the government to witness smooth functioning and manifold development in the district. He said that the newly constructed building of the ICU can be showcased not only in the district but also to other districts too.
The DC congratulated the citizens of Peren for achieving the structure at the right time and requested the medical fraternity to make best use of the facilities.
Principal Director, Health & Family Welfare, who also spoke at the inaugural expressed appreciation to the administrator and other local leaders for coming forward in the construction of the ICU.
The programme was chaired by SDO(C) Kemciyile. Dy. CMO Peren and President PTWCU & member, Construction Committee Gaigwang Hegeu also spoke during the programme.
