Dimapur, April 17 (MExN): The office of the Peren District PWD (R&B) and (H) Workcharge Employees Union today appealed its members to acknowledge their important responsibility for the progress and development of the society. The president request each member to sincerely discharge their duties in their respective section and render valuable services to the public for which they were appointed in the first place, the Union President Kunam Hegeu said in a press note. Department officials along with the union president may visit any section at any time and shall expect all concerned employees to be sincerely rendering their assigned services, it added. Acknowledging varoius hardship and grievances faced by its members, the union said that it will always endeavour to address the same through competent authority. However, each member must first perform their duties earnestly so that such grievances become “justifiable and worthy of a cause,” it added.
