The Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur issued an order today asking a church in Dimapur to comply with COVID-19 standard operating procedures (SOPs). The order maintained that permission was given to United Hindi Nagamese Baptist Church, Naga colony, Burma Camp to organise Gospel Night Church Programme from December 8-10 for its members only.
It said that the number of participants should not exceed 100 persons and no food stalls/games/other activities will be allowed.
It also asked the church to have all the participants wear mask compulsorily, maintain social distancing, while providing provision for hand wash/hand sanitiser and thermal screening.
“The organiser should be responsible to ensure strict adherence,” to the terms and conditions, it said.
