Pfutsero: The Pfutsero Government College, Pfutsero organized an educational tour for BA final year students from March 21-April 6, 2014. A press release from Sudha Beryl, HoD, Department of Economics informed that 29 students took part in the tour and visited places like Chennai, Bangalore, Mysore, Ooty and Kanyakumari.
Two Assistant Professors namely, M. Sudha Beryl and Neichupe Kapfo, Department of Tenyidie accompanied them. The tour was sponsored by Higher Education, Government of Nagaland. The excursion team and the college as a whole have expressed gratefulness to the Department for “giving such a lifetime opportunity to rural students” and hoped that more of such opportunities will continue to be extended in the future.
