Pfutsero, November 22 (MExN): Pfutsero Government College first consultancy service with Kohima College for NAAC Accreditation was held on November 22. Pfutsero Government College organized an orientation programme inviting core committee consultant of the IQAC from Kohima College including Principal of the college, Dr, Watijungshi Jamir.
Moanungla Kevichusa, Coordinator IQAC, Kohima College and Dr. Eunice Alinger, Assistant coordinator KCK spoke on various issues faced by most college and highlighted key areas of development on meeting the NAAC Accreditation quality standards. They indicate the criteria required in Higher Educational Institutions, laid by the agency in terms of performance, its outcomes, the teaching-learning, evaluation, faculty, research, infrastructure development, learning resources, organizational standards, and governance, finance and student services.
Dr. Jamir, who was also the previous principal of the Pfutsero Government College, encouraged the staff and the vice principal to work towards achieving this status with hard-work and diligence.
The programme was chaired by Medozu Mero, NAAC Coordinator PGC, Welcome address was given by T.L. Singsit, Acting Principal PGC and Vote of thanks was delivered by Wetso-u Medo, Assistant Coordinator PGC.
