Resource persons of the career guidance seminar organised at Pfutsero Government College.
DIMAPUR, MAY 7 (MExN): The Career Guidance Cell, Pfutsero Government College (PGC) organised a career guidance seminar in collaboration with NIIT Ltd Northeast Circle and Mavericks Academy, Kohima on May 6 at PGC with Wele Mero, Program Advisor Career Counselor and Territory Head of Northeast India for NIIT and Mavericks Academy team as the resource speakers.
Wele Mero in his talk on ‘New Age Career in Digital Era’ highlighted on the advantage of earning certificates from NIIT, it's achievements and placement of trainees in the past years and the different training programs that students can enroll after graduating from the college.
The Mavericks team delivered a talk on ‘Competitive Exam Preparation.’ The resource speakers from the team enlightened the students on the importance of understanding the nature of competitive exams, the various aspects of NPSC exams and the essential traits required to become a civil servant. Imparting right quality education was stated as the main objective of the academy.
The sessions were followed by interaction with the students. The programme was chaired by Weneipe-u Koza . Neichupe Kapfo, Vice Principal, PGC delivered the welcome address and Mhabeni W, Assistant Professor and Convenor, Career Guidance Cell, PGC delivered the vote of thanks.
