Peren, December 9 (MExN): The Peren Hill Area Youth Organisation (PHAYO) today expressed its exasperation over the alleged “negligence” of telecom network operators in the district.
The public has been experiencing poor mobile network and frequent call drop on daily basis and despite repeated calls to improve the quality of network coverage in the district by various civil society organisations, the concerned authority has turned a ‘deaf ear,’ PHAYO alleged in a statement.
Just providing network will not serve the purposes unless the telecom authorities provide reliable network services to the public, said the statement.
Further noting that public’s patience is running out, the organisation said it would not remained a mute spectator and it would be forced to shut down the entire telecom services in the area and take its own course of action if the concerned authority fails to take immediate action.
