It is quite surprising that the Thuvopisu Village Union, Village Council, and Students body are still mum about the Black Top Road construction left undone by one of the person who has raised the query for the Phek DC complex construction. It is quite questionable whether all the village community has been bought. Is the VEC still alive at Thuvopisu? What happens when someone need Medical Attention, can the Primary Health Centre take care of anything? Student community are lacking behind due to VEC like you and Development and transportation means hijacked by the contractors.
Now coming to the point, when someone is raising some topic just to win some cheap votes what do we Thuvopisu people say about our road? And who are responsible for the destruction of all the tress destroyed in the guise of widening and black topping of the roads. You yourself have indulged in the same game by releasing all the funds and exhausted the fund meant for the road construction even before the work had started. To me the Engineer in question of the Phek DC complex Construction was wise enough to have released the fund so that articles needed were to be stored so that price escalation in future does not deter the work progress though he had not followed the Govt. Rule. So, why try to remove the dirt from others eyes. I would suggest the so called self-styled Parliamentary Secy/MLAs. who had writing to the Engineer in question, pressing him to release the fund to come out clean so that such cheap political manifesto be avoided in future.
If the titular head of the State or the Minister of the constituency in question goes through the paper every day I am sure this is a much serious matter than the Phek DC Complex and fit for CBI investigation if at all Govt. is alive in Nagaland else Democracy is a mockery under the Indian Constitution.
I am a not a supporter the Engineer but, my ethical value does not allow me to watch someone with no moral value destroy my village.
