Phek, January 13: The monthly District Planning & Development Board (DPDB) meeting of Phek district for the month of January was held in the District Planning & Development Board (DPDB) Conference Hall, under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner & Vice Chairman DPDB, Phek Neposo Theluo.
While reviewing the minutes of the last meeting, EE PWD (R&B), Phek highlighted the status of the work undertaken by the department for preparation of the ensuing CSU conference. PHED department was also requested to provide pipe connection to the venue. AE (CAWD) was requested to furnish GA Rest House at the earliest for accommodation of guests during the conference. Deputy Commissioner has requested all the departments to extend possible logistic support for the conference.
Team Member, Nagaland Bee & Honey Mission (NBHM) Bodevi Shuya, and Tourist Officer, Tourism Department, Veyielo Doulo presented departmental activities. The Board approved the proposal for District Evaluation Study on mid-day meal under Phek district. In the next DPDB meeting Vety & A.H department will present their Departmental activities.
Earlier, the Chairman welcomed all the members to the meeting. The special invitees Bodevi Shuya, Team Member, Nagaland Bee & Honey Mission and Veyielo Doulo, Tourist Officer, Tourism Department were introduced to the house. The newly posted officers, AEO (Election), Olivi Thur, Phek and AE (CAWD), Phek Keninlo Rengma, were also introduced to the house.
