Phek, July 13 (MExN): The Phek District Planning & Development Board (DPDB) meeting was held at DPDB Hall with MLA and Chairman DPDB, Phek, Kezhienyi Khalo as the chairman of the meeting on July 13.
A DIPR report stated that in the meeting, the Chairperson congratulated the members for confidently taking up their responsibilities and tirelessly performing their duties in the District.
Kuzholuzo Nienu, MLA encouraged the members to be regular in their stations for the welfare of the public.
Presentations of department activities were given by the department of PHED and DFO (Forest) Phek, whereas School Education and Fisheries Departments were entrusted with PowerPoint presentations of their departmental activities in the next meeting.
DC and Vice-Chairman DPDB Phek Razouvolie Dozo congratulated Pfütsero Town Council and Phek Town Council for securing 1st and 2nd position in category 2 of the Competition for the “Cleanest Urban Local Bodies(ULBs) and wards award-2022 Nagaland” respectively.
DC also informed about Phek Town Council being awarded the best innovative solutions in the special category of the competition for the “Cleanest Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and wards Award-2022 Nagaland”.
