Phek, April 24 (DIPR): The Deputy Commissioner, Phek, Shanavas C, IAS in a notification informed that in order to strengthen and streamline the ILP (Inner Line Permit) system and check the movement of illegal immigrants, the following documents and criteria will be followed in issuing ILP w.e.f. April 23, 2018 with immediate effect:
• Recent colour passport size photograph of applicant (2 Nos.)
• Identity proof (Indian passport, PAN Card, EPIC, Govt. ID Card) any one.
• NRC Certificate issued by the Govt. of Assam for residents of Assam.
• Character and Antecedents certificate issued by Superintendent of Police of respective Home district.
• Identity proof of the guarantor with detailed address and mobile contact number.
• Renewal of ILP will require surrender of previous ILP issued.
• ILP application without the above mentioned documents will be rejected.
