The 18th edition of Phek Town Inter Colony Tournament 2024 under the aegis Phek Town Youth Society entered fifth day today at Phek town. In the first semi finals of Football (Men) played today, Zion Ward defeated New Colony 5-2. Jericho-1 Ward overpowered Jericho-2 Ward in the second semi finals. New Colony Ward defeated Bethany-2 Ward in the first semi finals of Volleyball (Women) while Jericho-2 Ward downed Bethel Ward in the second semi finals.
Air Rifle Shooting, Arm wrestling
The Air Rifle Shooting and Arm wrestling competition was conducted today as part of the ongoing tournament under the aegis of Phek District Rifle Association.
Col. Chundawat Prashant Singh, SC Commandant 38th Battalion Assam Rifle Phek graced the event.
Michael Rhakho, a national renowned shooter officiated the event and World Arm Wrestling champion Vethozo Lohe as the judge.
CBZZ, M/S Ciekhotso and M/S Chuzoh Motor Parts sponsored the prizes.
