Longleng, February 5 (DIPR): DC & DEO, Longleng, John Tsulise Sangtam has informed polling personnel that the first phase of election training for all polling personnel will commence from February 7 and the 2nd phase on February 13.
The first phase of training for the Presiding Officer and First Polling Officer will be held on February 7 at GHSS Auditorium at 11: 00 am while, for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Polling Officers the training will be held on February 8 at EBRC Hall, Longleng at 11: 00 am.
The 2nd Phase of training for the Presiding Officer and First Polling Officer will be held on February 13 at GHSS Auditorium at 11: 00 am while, for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Polling Officer the 2nd phase training will be held on February 13 at EBRC Hall, Longleng at 11:00 am.
All Heads of department/offices has therefore been directed to depute all the officials under their jurisdiction to attend the election training/duties without fail. Any department officials failing to attend the election training/duties shall be prosecuted under the election law.
