Dr. Povotso Lohe with Rev.Dr.D.L.Sanchu
Kohima, June 16 (MExN): Dr Povotso Lohe, a social worker from Nagaland has been ceremoniously honoured with an iconic honorary Doctorate in Social Service (DSS) with Gold Medal Super Star Trophy on June 15 on the occasion of Fathers’ Day Celebration-cum- International Apostolic Convocation Ceremony of World University of Discipleship Institute for Apostolic Ministries under the Authorization of SSU Section 2(F) UGC ACT 1956 Govt of India in the Strategic Partnership Collaboration with 193 Countries across the world. The programme was held at CRC Hall, Guwahati.
Dr Lohe from Phek district, is BA (Hons), MA.LLB LLM and Advocate of Gauhati High Court (Kohima Bench). Dr Lohe is a renowned leader in social service, actively serving the humanity with social justice since more than 4 decades. In recognition of his outstanding achievements and remarkable contribution to the society in the Northeast, Dr Lohe has been publicly honoured where more than 300 state delegates from North-eastern states came to witness his official awarding ceremony.
