DIMAPUR, MARCH 31 (MExN): The Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission has notified the tariff for 2023-2024 which will be effective from April 1, 2023. The revised tariff rates will have to be updated in the existing Pre-paid meters and for this purpose a one-time token will be provided in the next recharge, informed a press release from the Power Department.
The one time token will be of the following digits: Kohima- 120 Digits (Genus Make meters); and Dimapur- 40 Digits (Secure Make Meters).
Consumers have been asked to enter these digits in the same manner as the usual recharge token. Subsequent recharge token will be of twenty digits only. Any consumers facing difficulties may contact -8415900400.
The department said that it is putting in all efforts to resolve the issue of large number of digits in the onetime recharge token, and apologized for the inconvenience caused.
