DIMAPUR, JANUARY 24 (MExN): Department of Power, Dimapur Electrical Division has reminded all the consumers on the disconnection notice for non-payment of electricity bills for consecutive 2 months and all other illegal activities like meter tampering and hooking as per the Govt. Office Memorandum No. PWRW-50/99 dt. 07.03.2006. Department of Power. 


A press note issued by Executive Engineer, Dimapur Electrical Division has therefore advised the consumers to pay their electricity bill within the stipulated time in order to avoid any inconveniences. 


In case of any discrepancies/grievances regarding  electricity bill, all concerned have been informed to visit the office of the respective SDO (E) NO-I, II, III for clarification/correction/rectification at the earliest.


For the convenience of the consumers and for non-receipt of electricity bill, consumers have also been advised to login at www.dopn.gov.in to view and pay electricity bill online. Consumers are advised to download an app “dopn” or “Paytm” from the play store in android phones for hassle free payment of electricity bill in just a few minutes from any place anywhere.
