Kohima, September 26 (MExN): The Department of Power, Electrical Division Kohima, has informed that the 11/0.4 kV, 500 KVA transformer at Daklane, Kohima was damaged on September 26 at around 1:00 a.m. As a result, power supply to Daklane, parts of Naga Bazaar, and parts of New Market has been affected. According to the department, all possible arrangements are being made to take stock of the situation. It requested consumers in the affected areas to bear with the inconvenience as efforts are underway to ensure timely replacement of the damaged transformer.
