Kohima, July 21 (MExN): The Department of Power has announced a scheduled vegetation clearance and maintenance program for the 132kV Wokha-Philimi Transmission line under the Kohima Transmission Division.
The vegetation clearance is set to take place from July 23 to July 25. During this period, there will be a total power shutdown daily from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM to facilitate the smooth execution of the maintenance activities.
The Executive Engineer of the Transmission Division, Kohima, Er. Namheu Khate Zelaing, has requested all consumers and the public in the affected areas to cooperate during the shutdown period to ensure the successful completion of the maintenance work.
