Dimapur, June 13 (MExN): A total shutdown of power supply is scheduled from June 15 to June 18 in certain parts of Kohima district to facilitate stringing work of 132 kV Dimapur- Imphal transmission line by POWERGRID to facilitate construction of four lane roads between Dimapur and Kohima.
In this regard, Sub Divisional Officer, Transmission Sub-Division, Kohima, informed that the power shutdowns are scheduled from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in Kiruphema Village, Peducha, Sechu Zubza, Lalmati and its surroundings areas. “All the public in the affected areas are requested to extend cooperation and bear the inconvenience during the shutdown period,” the SDO stated.
