DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 2 (MExN): The Power Department today informed that there will be a total shutdown of power supply in Kohima town and adjoining areas, Peren district and Medziphema area on February 3 from 6:00am to 10:00am. A press note from the Kohima transmission division stated that this has been necessitated as a result of the department taking up strengthening and stringing of new Bus bar at 132/33/11kV Sub-station at Kohima in order to facilitate drawal of power from the newly commissioned 4x8 MVA Transformer.
