Kohima, May 16 (MExN): The Power Department today informed that there will be a total shutdown of power supply in several areas of Kohima district and Chozuba on May 17 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. The affected areas include High School Area, Bayavu, Kenuozou, Bara Basti, New Secretariat, Thizama, Lerie colony Kohima, Southern Angami Area, Lalmati and Zubza Area, Chakhabama area and Chozuba area. A press release from the Executive Engineer, Transmission Division, Kohima, informed that the Department is taking up Installation & Configuration of Disturbance Recorder at 132/33/11kV Sub-station at Kohima, and requested consumers to extend co-operation and bear with the inconvenience.
