DIMAPUR, APRIL 2 (MExN): The Department of Power has informed that there will be a scheduled total shutdown of power supply on April 4 to facilitate testing of station equipment at the new 132/33 kV Pfutsero Sub-Station under Phek district. According to a press release issued by the Executive Engineer, Transmission Division, Kohima, the shutdown will be carried out in two phases: from 7:00 am to 9:00 am and from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The affected areas will include Phek, Meluri and Kiphire districts. All consumers and the public in the affected areas have been requested to extend cooperation and bear the inconvenience during the shutdown period.
