Kohima, June 21 (MExN): With the view to bring creative people together to enhance their creativity, PowerComm is organizing a four day Creative Arts Workshop from June 23 to 26, 2011 at Union Baptist Church, near Local Ground, Kohima.
The workshop will explore different areas including Theatre & Drama, Baking and Fruit Carving, Creative Writing, Sound Engineering, Creative Painting, Voice, Praise and Worship, Guitar (Bass & 6 Strings), Event Management (church related) and Photography respectively.
Resource persons for the workshop will include Susan Waten, Founder HAWA Dimapur for Drama and Theatre, Chef Shangreiwon Multhou, Manager of Exotic Cooking School for Fruit Carving, Rovi Chasie, Author of “Naga Cuisine” and “Dine with Confidence” for Baking, Agnes Tepa, Lecturer, DIET Chiechama & Co-Author of Echoes of Spring, Imtinaro Longkumer, Poet & Research Scholar, and Journalist Vishü Rita Krocha for the area of Creative Writing.
While Thejakielie Zuyie will be the resource person for Sound Engineering, Artist Vikhor Tepa, in the area of painting, Ajeen Longchari, Conductor the Eirene Choir, Ao Baptist Church Kohima & Part time Music Lecturer at Patkai Christian College for the category of Voice, Alo Wanth, Recording Artist, Singer, Songwriter and Composer in the category of Praise and Worship, Mhathung Odyuo, Bassist of Divine Connection in the area of Guitar, Kevitsu Doze, Member of Synergy Group Enterprise Kohima for Event Management and Photographer Ernesto Barbosa Molini from Bolivia for photography respectively.
