Dimapur, May 9 (MExN): Pranab Vidyapith Higher Secondary School, Dimapur celebrated the 156th birth anniversary of Rabindra Nath Tagore, the world poet on May 9 at Pranab Jubilee Auditorium.
Welcome speech was delivered by Dilip Das, A/T while Ananyo Chakraborty, student of class-12 and Ashok Kumar Ray, senior teacher delivered speech.
Swami Chinmayanandaji Maharaj, Secretary, PVHSS & In-charge, Bharat Sevashram Sangha, Dimapur & Karbi Anglong District, Assam dwelt upon the life and activities of Rabindra Nath Tagore. He also announced the results of HSLC & HSSLC (Science & Commerce) 2017 and congratulated all the successful candidates.
Monoj Bhattacharjee, Principal graced the occasion and delivered speech. The meeting was followed with a rich cultural extravaganza.
