Representatives from PRCs, Guwahati conducted a field visit to Mokokchung district to monitor the NHM programs on February 27 and 28.
MOKOKCHUNG, FEBRUARY 28 (MExN): Representatives from the Population Research Centres (PRCs) in Guwahati conducted a field visit to Mokokchung district on February 27 and 28 to monitor the National Health Mission (NHM) programs and activities being implemented in local health facilities.
Karuna Gogoi and Kunal Das, representatives from Guwahati University, visited several health centers, including Dr. Imkongliba Memorial District Hospital, Changtongya CHC, Tuli CHC, Mongsenyimti PHC, Sabangya PHC, Ungma PHC, UPHC Yimyu, Khensa HWSC, Changtongya HWSC, Yaongyimsen HWSC, and Yisemyong HWSC.
During their visit, the monitoring team engaged with medical officers, health workers, and ASHAs (Accredited Social Health Activists) to review ongoing activities. The team also examined record-keeping practices related to management, antenatal care (ANC), immunization, and the maintenance of patient records.
