Taking South Korea as a shining example in the sphere of human resource development, the DC remarked that the south-east Asian country’s rapid socio-economic transformation in the past four decades was a result of its leaders’ putting utmost emphasis in moulding and reaping the vast intellectual wealth of the Korean people. The north-east and Nagaland in particular must draw inspiration from the from what South Korea has achieved, he held.
