TUENSANG, JANUARY 17 (MExN): In view of the upcoming Republic Day celebration, a preparation cum co-ordination meeting was held at Deputy Commissioner's conference hall, Tuensang on January 17.
During the meeting, works were distributed to various departments for the successful conduct of the Republic Day. Deputy Commissioner Tuensang, Lithrongla Tongpi Rustsa at the meeting encouraged all the officers to actively participate in the Republic Day celebration programme. She also reminded the officers to carry out their respective assigned works with sincerity and to give full co-operation.
In Phek, the departmental co-ordination meeting was held under the Chairmanship of DC Phek, Kuko Mero at DC's conference hall, Phek on January 16.
The house discussed about construction of stalls for exhibition to be put up by various departments on the occasion of Republic Day at Phek. Various works for the celebration were assigned to departments at the meeting. The DC requested all the heads of the offices to sincerely initiate and fulfill their assigned works for the successful celebration of the 75th Republic Day.
