Kohima, June 20 (MExN): Nagaland Forest Management Project society (NFMP) Funded by JICA under the Department of Forests, Environment and Climate Change Kohima, Nagaland distributed project vehicles to Divisional Management Unit (DMU) and Field Management Unit (FMU) on June 19.
The vehicles were handed over by CM Chang, Minister of Forests, Environment and climate Change at the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests Office complex. A total of 11 gypsies were handed over to 11 FMUs and 4 Bolero to 4 DMUs.
The minister encouraged the officers to work hard and implement the project with utmost sincerity to make the project successful. He also talked about the objective of NFMP and encouraged the staff to maintain a good communication with people at large for the successful implementation of the project, stated a DIPR report.
The programme was chaired by CPD, Dharmendra Prakash IFS.
